TCCN puts up the necessary guarantees towards claimants (cargo receivers, authorities, third parties) in order to avoid the arrest for security of the vessel, or in order to obtain lifting of the arrest, enabling the vessel to sail without undue delay.

TCCN handles the claims with their experienced in-house Lawyers and Master Mariners. From experience we know what can go wrong, and when the liability of our clients may be involved. Our immediate and proper response, bearing in mind both the Technical and Legal issues reduces the losses.
